With a mission to promote Québec’s tourism industry, the Alliance de l’industrie touristique du Québec is responsible for receiving and addressing dissatisfaction related to tourism services offered in Québec—except those provided by campgrounds.

Any user of tourism services who encounters a problem they cannot resolve on their own—or who has not received a satisfactory response—may share their concerns with the Alliance by contacting:
