Tourisme Mauricie… what’s that all about?
Tourisme Mauricie is, first and foremost, a team of passionate people working tirelessly to spark passion in others. That’s why visitors are at the heart of every decision we make. The goal? To create a unique, authentic experience that makes them realize: “Hey… Mauricie is so much more than just a stop between Montréal and Québec! 😍”
And to make that happen, Tourisme Mauricie works hand-in-hand with a variety of local, regional, and provincial partners.
Now, don’t get us wrong—we’re not saying we’re not an EXCELLENT stop. That’s one of our many strengths, too. We’re just saying there’s a whole world here beyond the roadside pit stops.
Our mission
As a non-profit regional tourism association, Tourisme Mauricie contributes to the growth and promotion of the region’s tourism offer. We represent 460 members across 6 territories, showcasing a wide range of activities and accommodations right between Québec’s two largest urban centres.
Our mission? To position Mauricie as a destination without compromise. Perfectly located in the heart of Québec, the region offers a world of possibilities—from an urban getaway to a longer stay in unspoiled, authentic nature (or why not both in a single trip!).
