Moulin Michel de Gentilly
The Moulin Michel de Gentilly, built in 1774, bears witness to the time of the French seigniorial system. Still working, it grinds buckwheat flour on a stone millstone. In addition to its rustic table and guided tours, activities enliven the site all year round: festivals and shows.

The Moulin Michel is a listed historic building, dating back to 1774. Its original mechanisms still work and continue to grind the buckwheat sold and cooked on site. Open year-round, you can grab a bite to eat and have a good coffee at the café-boutique, enjoy the terrace and the local food (summer only), discover the exhibition and visit the working mill with a miller guide. An indoor performance hall and an outdoor square offer a year-round program of shows. The mill park is ideal for picnics. A European Christmas market also brings the site to life throughout December, and, at the end of July, the Blues & Gin Festival excites the ears and taste buds.
