One of the oldest private homes in Canada, Manoir Boucher de Niverville rests on foundations dating back to 1668. Erected in 1729, its original timber frame is a reminder of French seigneurial architecture. Discover this heritage jewel in the small historical room. This summer, the historic Manoir opens its doors to a highly contemporary scientific exhibition, Archéologie et enquêtes criminelles. Within the walls steeped in history, discover how bioarchaeology is able to reveal even the most deeply buried secrets. In addition to presenting exhibitions, the Manoir also boasts a rich and captivating summer program: storytelling evenings, period animation, workshops and more!
