In this heritage house built in 1888, La Mie de Grand-Mère serves breads, pastries, cheeses from Quebec, and organic and Quebec products. Everything is made on site, using artisanal methods and with local products as much as possible (flour, berries, etc.). Snack with coffee of the month to take out or on our patio during the summer. Our specialties: sourdough rye, spelt bread, mille-feuille, Paris-Brest, homemade jams and frozen dishes.
