Le Wilson is an eco-friendly café-boutique led by passionate young individuals eager to develop skills in customer service, culinary arts, and management. They are guided by equally dedicated mentors who are committed to helping them achieve their goals. In the boutique corner, you'll find handmade products crafted by local artisans and the talented participants of the Boulot-Éco program, also offered by the CJE de Shawinigan.
