This folk festival promotes the merits of buckwheat. You can sample products made from buckwheat: pasta, cakes, galettes, breads, pizzas and even beer... Cultural, social and folkloric activities are also part of the celebrations.

This folk event, which attracts several thousand visitors, promotes buckwheat cultivation and local producers. For ten days each autumn, the heart of Louiseville comes alive with a convivial atmosphere in the streets. Performances by local artists, a parade and cultural, social and culinary activities are all on the program.
