Its goal is to give you access to a team of pros with diverse skills and expertise, to help you bring innovative tourism projects to life.
Together, we’ll create a strategic brainstorming space to challenge your ideas, identify blind spots, and increase their adoption and impact. Each Spark Task Force session lasts about 2 hours.

A graduate in Communications and Interaction Design, Stéfanie first developed expertise in digital services before turning to the fascinating challenges of physical experiences and services. Throughout her career, she has worked with a variety of clients, including several in the public sector and in healthcare.
Claudine Drolet
Coordinator of Cultural Hubs

Claudine Drolet holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication-Journalism and a master’s degree in History. She began her career as a journalist with Radio-Canada, before moving into various positions, including Heritage Officer at Culture Shawinigan.
Since 2018, she has been Coordinator of Cultural Hubs at DigiHub. In this role, she has supported dozens of cultural and tourism organizations in carrying out digital projects. She has also established multiple partnerships in Quebec, across Canada, and internationally with the museum, tourism, and cultural sectors.

Aude helps organizations enhance the tourism appeal of attractions and destinations, expand their strategic knowledge, foster promising regional projects, and strengthen collaboration among stakeholders.
Her master’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management, combined with a range of management and customer service experience in tourism businesses and eight years as an analyst and research professional with the Transat Chair in Tourism at ESG UQAM, have given her a comprehensive understanding of the realities and challenges of the tourism industry. She brings a sharp perspective on trends, innovations, and best practices across all tourism sectors.

With over 15 years of expertise in event management in Quebec City, Julien has specialized in marketing, partnerships, and eco-responsible practices. This experience led him to a deep commitment to the development of MT Lab’s Sustainable Tourism Innovation Hub.
Through the Hub, he works to bring together key industry players to promote innovative, environmentally responsible practices. His goal is to help shape a future where sustainable tourism becomes the norm—offering enriching experiences while preserving our precious natural and cultural heritage.
